Responsibilities

- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a calm and inviting atmosphere.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash registers with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and treatment rooms to optimize schedule flow and minimize wait times.
- Address guest concerns or complaints, providing timely resolutions and escalating when necessary.
- Promote spa services, retail products, and special packages, contributing to upselling targets.
- Prepare daily reports, track inventory of towels and amenities, and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a front‑desk or receptionist role within a spa, hotel, or wellness center.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Guest‑oriented attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
