Responsibilities

  • Greet and check‑in guests promptly, verifying appointments and collecting necessary information.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage online booking systems efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a calm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash registers with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and treatment rooms to optimize schedule flow and minimize wait times.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints, providing timely resolutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Promote spa services, retail products, and special packages, contributing to upselling targets.
  • Prepare daily reports, track inventory of towels and amenities, and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a front‑desk or receptionist role within a spa, hotel, or wellness center.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Guest‑oriented attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proven ability to handle high‑volume periods and multitask without sacrificing quality.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional evenings.
  • Professional, disciplined, and well‑groomed appearance that reflects the spa’s brand standards.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor when managing complaints.
  • Basic computer literacy, familiarity with booking software, and proficiency in MS Office.
