Introduction

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting areas, ensuring compliance with Accor’s quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to manage workflow, optimize staffing levels, and maintain efficient service during peak periods.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with the procurement team to minimize waste and control costs.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning potential issues into memorable service moments.
- Prepare and analyze daily reports on sales, labor productivity, and customer feedback to drive performance enhancements.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to, conducting routine audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on promotions, special events, and seasonal menu launches to boost revenue.
- Participate in budgeting processes, forecasting revenue, and managing cost controls to achieve profitability targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage operations.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Comfortable thriving in high‑tempo environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for the hospitality industry, especially guest service and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
