Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Office Administration and Service Staff to join our growing team in Tulungagung. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities while providing high‑quality support to both internal departments and external clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, postal mail, and courier services.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials such as agendas and minutes.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Oversee office inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost‑effective procurement.
  • Provide front‑desk support: greet visitors, answer telephone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist the Human Resources team with onboarding paperwork, attendance records, and employee data management.
  • Support customer service initiatives by responding to client emails, processing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare regular performance and operational reports for senior management.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for process improvement, and help implement new office procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S‑1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Female (preference for single candidates, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply).
  • At least 0–1 year of relevant office administration experience; prior experience is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record of punctuality.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, diligence, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Residency in Tulungagung or willingness to relocate to the Tulungagung area.
