Introduction
PT Maybank Indonesia Finance is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our dynamic team at the Cirebon branch. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work directly with dealers and borrowers, conducting credit assessments that support the growth of our financing portfolio. The role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with at least one year of experience in credit analysis, sales, or related financial services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, retail partners, and individual borrowers to foster repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Collect, organize, and verify all necessary documentation required for credit surveys, including identity proofs, financial statements, and legal paperwork.
- Conduct on‑site and remote credit feasibility surveys, ensuring that each applicant meets the company’s underwriting standards.
- Perform thorough legal verification of submitted credit documents, checking for authenticity, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze creditworthiness using quantitative models, risk‑rating tools, and industry benchmarks to recommend approval or decline decisions.
- Prepare detailed credit analysis reports and present findings to senior management for final approval.
- Coordinate with the legal and collections teams to resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues identified during the survey process.
- Monitor post‑approval loan performance, identifying early warning signs of delinquency and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and loan management system, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on financing products, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any discipline, with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in credit analysis, sales, or financial services.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle) license for travel to dealer locations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset: detail‑oriented, critical thinker, diligent, persistent, and disciplined.
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and professionalism, especially when handling confidential financial data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Solid understanding of financing concepts, credit products, and the automotive market in Indonesia.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Cirebon branch and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
