Introduction
The Officer Kredit Marketing – Tanah Bumbu position is a pivotal role within our automotive financing team, responsible for bridging the gap between dealers, consumers, and our credit services. Based in Kalimantan, the successful candidate will work directly on the dealership floor, ensuring that credit applications are processed efficiently and that sales targets are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Maintain a constant presence at assigned dealers, actively promoting credit‑enabled vehicle purchases and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Collect, verify, and input initial consumer data into the credit management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Process consumer credit applications from submission through approval, coordinating with underwriting teams and providing timely updates.
- Conduct on‑site consumer surveys when required, document findings, and generate detailed reports to support risk assessment and marketing strategies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, proactively communicating status updates to both dealers and consumers to enhance transparency and satisfaction.
- Foster strong, long‑lasting relationships with dealership staff and customers, acting as the primary point of contact for credit‑related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials that highlight financing options and special offers.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and maintain a clean credit history (SLIK) record.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, consumer preferences, and potential areas for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates from Kalimantan are preferred.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a motorbike for local travel.
- Clean SLIK (credit) record with no adverse entries.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably within automotive or financial services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with dealers and consumers.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage multiple applications simultaneously, and work independently.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with data entry software and CRM tools.
