Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate (Pramuniaga) to join our vibrant store in Warujayeng. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous, knowledgeable manner, helping them locate products and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, merchandising, and promotional displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishment with the store manager.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets, share best practices, and support a positive work atmosphere.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, product training sessions, and store events to stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Adhere to store policies regarding loss prevention, safety standards, and hygiene protocols, especially in a high‑traffic retail setting.
- Assist with visual merchandising updates, seasonal floor plan changes, and window displays as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 23 years old or younger; candidates must be single and able to work full‑time.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the role specifically requires a hijab‑wearing Muslim woman.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, honest, and highly communicative.
- Strong commitment to work; must not be currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Residency within a 20‑minute travel radius of the Warujayeng store.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15 kg.
