Introduction

PT. Prima Administrasi Indonesia is seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Auditor Administrasi to join our finance and compliance team in Sukoharjo. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our administrative and audit processes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior auditors, finance officers, and operational managers to support internal controls and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive audit documentation, including workpapers, checklists, and summary reports.
  • Collect, verify, and reconcile financial and operational data from various departments to support audit findings.
  • Assist senior auditors in planning and executing internal audit projects, ensuring adherence to the audit schedule.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry best practices, flagging any discrepancies for further investigation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors by providing required documents, explanations, and follow‑up actions.
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard‑copy filing systems for audit evidence, ensuring easy retrieval during inspections.
  • Generate routine administrative reports on audit progress, pending items, and corrective actions.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for management meetings.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and automation opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to audit procedures and documentation.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (Perempuan) with a professional appearance.
  • Age: Maximum 40 years.
  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in administrative support or audit assistance is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
  • High level of honesty, discipline, creativity, and a target‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with audit software or ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
