The position offers a competitive base salary, unlimited commission potential, and a clear career pathway within a reputable, non‑outsourcing financial institution. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional shift flexibility required to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new loan customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing borrowers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and guide applicants through documentation, verification, and approval stages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Participate actively in internal training programs, sharing best practices and continuously improving product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing and risk teams to develop tailored loan offerings that meet local market demand.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and customer feedback for senior management.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, including anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and data protection policies.
- Support branch operations during peak periods by assisting with administrative tasks and customer service inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, SPG/SPB, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules when required.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office, CRM tools) and a willingness to learn our loan management system.
