Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and execute live streaming sessions, ensuring a smooth flow from opening to closing remarks.
- Coordinate with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to align product launches, promotions, and inventory availability.
- Engage viewers in real‑time by answering questions, demonstrating product usage, and creating a lively, interactive atmosphere.
- Produce and edit short‑form video clips and teaser content for pre‑stream promotion on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Monitor live analytics (viewer count, engagement rate, conversion metrics) and report performance insights to management.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of cosmetics and skincare trends, ingredient benefits, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and legal advertising standards.
- Manage scheduling of multiple shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and coordinate backup hosts when necessary.
- Provide post‑event follow‑up, including gathering customer feedback, updating product FAQs, and assisting the customer service team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience hosting live streams on TikTok, Shopee, or similar e‑commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, enthusiastic speaking style.
