Responsibilities

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the store’s inventory management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and cross‑selling strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Organize merchandise displays, restock shelves, and conduct regular inventory checks to minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the logistics team to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve supply discrepancies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry trends, safety regulations, and new product lines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in a building‑materials or similar retail environment.
- Physical fitness: Good physical and mental health to handle lifting, standing for long periods, and high‑energy interactions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining profitability.
- Integrity: Honest, responsible, and trustworthy in handling cash and confidential customer data.
- Stress Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with retail management software and basic computer literacy.
