Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Staff Pelayanan dan Display Produk to join our dynamic retail team. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional in‑store experience, ensuring that product presentations are visually appealing and that customers receive knowledgeable, friendly assistance. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a supportive environment where continuous learning and teamwork are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design, arrange, and maintain attractive product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Assist customers on the sales floor by answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Update and manage the store’s social media channels, posting engaging content, responding to customer comments, and monitoring online feedback.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to receive, unpack, and stock merchandise, ensuring shelves are always fully stocked and organized.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of the store layout to identify and correct any display inconsistencies or safety hazards.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights on customer trends and suggesting improvements for product placement.
- Support promotional events and sales campaigns by preparing signage, setting up demo stations, and guiding customers through special offers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area, adhering to company standards for hygiene and presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of all genders; inclusive hiring practices.
- Ability to operate computers and navigate major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a sense of responsibility in previous roles or academic projects.
- Willingness to learn new retail technologies, visual merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Basic problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to shifting store needs.
