We are seeking a proactive Administrator Pengelola Marketplace to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. This role is central to maintaining seamless operations across major online marketplaces such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a high‑tempo environment, can multitask between customer interactions, order fulfillment, and data management, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic digital retail ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via chat platforms, ensuring rapid, courteous, and accurate responses.
- Process daily orders, monitor order status, and coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Handle returns and refunds, following marketplace policies while minimizing loss and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Track and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior support when necessary.
- Maintain product listings, update inventory levels, and ensure pricing consistency across all marketplace channels.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to record sales data, generate performance reports, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events on the platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of marketplace accounts to verify compliance with Shopee and TikTok Shop guidelines.
- Support the finance department by reconciling transaction records and preparing daily financial summaries.
- Contribute ideas for process automation and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years (female candidates are preferred but all genders are welcome).
- Prior experience as a Marketplace Admin is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in handling customer chats, order processing, returns, and complaint resolution.
- Familiarity with the operational flow of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a fast response mindset.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong initiative, resilience under pressure, and a problem‑solving attitude.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
