Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory marketing role, preferably within the housing or real‑estate industry.
  • Age 35 years or older, with a mature, responsible demeanor.
  • Strong cooperative spirit and excellent communication skills; ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle for site visits, client meetings, and event logistics.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high degree of accountability.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Effective time‑management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
