Introduction
TopScore Bimbel is a fast‑growing tutoring centre that helps students across Indonesia achieve academic excellence through personalized learning programs. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service (CS) Representatives. This role is the front line of communication with parents, students, and internal staff, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality education and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from parents and students, answering inquiries about course offerings, schedules, and pricing with professionalism and clarity.
- Guide prospective clients through the registration process, verify required documentation, and ensure data is entered accurately into the student management system.
- Maintain and regularly update the student database, tracking enrollment status, payment records, and attendance logs.
- Facilitate internal communication by coordinating information flow between the sales team, teaching staff, and administrative departments.
- Assist the marketing team in creating and publishing engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social platforms to promote our tutoring programs.
- Prepare routine reports on call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics using Microsoft Excel.
- Resolve complaints or concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary while maintaining a calm and solution‑oriented demeanor.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share feedback from customers, and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service or administrative role, preferably in an educational or service‑oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills – friendly, patient, and able to convey information clearly in both Bahasa Indonesia and, if possible, basic English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using CRM or database tools.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is oriented toward delivering top‑notch service.
- Willingness to learn and execute social‑media promotion strategies across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Age: up to 30 years old; all genders are welcome.
