Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staf Administrasi Operasional Perusahaan to join our fast‑moving Food & Beverage (F&B) division. This role is the backbone of daily store operations, ensuring that cash handling, inventory control, and customer service are performed with precision and professionalism. The successful candidate will work at one of our branch locations, collaborating closely with the kitchen, service staff, and management to deliver seamless service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Prepare and distribute shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a courteous and solution‑focused attitude.
- Support waitstaff and bar personnel by preparing order tickets, updating menu changes, and monitoring service flow.
- Generate weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as sales variance, waste, and labor cost.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, performing routine checks of work areas and equipment.
- Assist in training new cashiers, waiters, and bar staff on POS procedures, cash handling policies, and customer service standards.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, updating promotional pricing in the system and tracking promotional effectiveness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cash drawers, service counters, and back‑office areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably with exposure to cashier, waiter, or bar duties.
- Strong numerical ability and comfort with quick calculations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, proactive demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to be stationed at the designated branch and work a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Familiarity with basic store management software or POS systems is a plus.
