Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, washing, chopping, and portioning food items according to standardized recipes.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work stations are kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support the line cooks during peak service periods by delivering pre‑prepared items promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of basic supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, including sanitizing surfaces, disposing of waste, and storing equipment properly.
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to fulfill special dietary requests and ensure timely order delivery.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct.
- Continuously improve personal skills by attending on‑the‑job training sessions and learning about new cooking techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Malang.
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Final‑semester university students are encouraged to apply.
- No prior professional experience required; enthusiasm and reliability are key.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
