Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks including order processing, invoicing, and data entry for both in‑store and online sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and TikTok comments, providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, product reviews) on Instagram and TikTok to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze engagement data, and suggest improvements to enhance online visibility.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the physical store, ensuring displays are attractive and reflect current promotions.
- Support the sales team during peak hours, process cash transactions, and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and uphold a professional appearance that respects the company’s cultural values.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as packaging orders for delivery, coordinating with courier services, and handling returns or exchanges.
Requirements
- Female candidate who observes the hijab, reflecting the cultural fit of our community.
- Maximum age of 25 years and not married, aligning with the specific demographic criteria for this position.
- Resident of Payakumbuh or surrounding areas to facilitate reliable on‑site attendance.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and a genuine desire to build a long‑term career in retail and digital media.
- Honesty, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics.
- Experience or aptitude in creating visual content, product reviews, and basic graphic editing.
- Basic administrative skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
