Responsibilities

- Handle cash and electronic payments, process transactions through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, pastries, and other consumables.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and allergen awareness.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring swift service while maintaining a calm, friendly atmosphere.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the café’s brand image at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 20–28 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional late‑night hours.
