Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Staf Pendukung Zona to join our dynamic team serving the Bogor, Depok, and Ciputat regions. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in product creation, customer service, and warehouse operations. The role offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and requires the candidate to have a personal motorbike for efficient travel between sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of a variety of consumer goods, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints with a solutions‑focused attitude.
- Support daily warehouse activities, including inventory checks, picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of materials from the warehouse to field locations, using personal transportation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements, production logs, and customer interactions in the company’s ERP system.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and adhere to all health and safety protocols within the warehouse and production areas.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as logistics, sales, and quality assurance—to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share suggestions with supervisors to enhance productivity.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs to the facilities team.
- Attend scheduled training sessions to develop product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are encouraged to apply.

- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Must own a personal motorbike and hold a valid driver’s license for local travel.
- Strong verbal communication skills (Keterampilan Komunikasi Berbicara) and the ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with spreadsheet and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Physical stamina to handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
