Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to assigned stores and outlets within a defined geographical area to promote and sell the company’s product portfolio.
- Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers to store managers and purchase‑decision makers, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after‑sales support.
- Identify and acquire new retail partners (new outlets, “NOO”) to expand market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels at each outlet, coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee product availability, and prevent stock‑outs.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports, including order quantities, revenue generated, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute in‑store promotions, product sampling, and merchandising standards.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to management for strategic planning.
- Maintain personal sales tools (e.g., tablet, route planner) and ensure the company vehicle and driver’s license (SIM C) are kept in good condition.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) diploma; higher education is a plus.
- Age: No upper limit, but candidates should be able to meet the physical demands of field work.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing a daily route schedule independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to generate clear, concise sales reports.
- Team‑oriented mindset while also comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role.
