Responsibilities
- Handle all cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately using our POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system.
- Welcome guests, answer inquiries about menu items, and provide timely assistance to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Prepare and issue receipts, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to process orders efficiently and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all equipment is functional and supplies are stocked.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash counts, bank deposits, and preparation of financial documentation.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions on POS updates, customer service best practices, and sales techniques.
- Support shift rotation schedules, working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Identify opportunities to upsell menu items and promote special offers, contributing to the restaurant’s revenue goals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant, café, or similar hospitality setting, preferably handling cash and POS operations.
- Core Skills:
- Proficient use of POS systems and basic arithmetic for transaction accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on honesty and clear information delivery.
- Positive attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends.
- Personal Qualities: Discipline, reliability, quick thinking, and a customer‑oriented approach.
- Documentation: Complete application package including photocopy of KTP, family card (KK), diploma, updated CV, recent photograph, and a clean police clearance (SKCK).
