Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Verifier and Surveyor – Area Pontianak to join our dynamic field operations team. This role is based in Pontianak and involves conducting on‑site verification, data collection, and reporting for various projects across the region. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail‑oriented individual who can work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform on‑site verification of infrastructure, facilities, and land parcels in accordance with project specifications.
- Gather accurate geographic and attribute data using GPS devices, surveying tools, and mobile applications.
- Compile daily field reports, photographs, and measurements, ensuring completeness and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and local authorities to resolve discrepancies or access issues.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Identify potential risks or safety hazards during fieldwork and report them promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of maps, charts, and GIS layers for internal use and client presentations.
- Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to the established work schedule (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00) and meet project deadlines.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Vehicle: Must own a motorized vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian SIM C driving license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Quick adaptability to new environments, strong observational abilities, basic computer literacy, and effective communication.
- Physical fitness to travel to various locations within the Pontianak area and carry light equipment.
