Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the sales department to align lead generation efforts with booking targets and sales cycles.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as cost‑per‑lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Monitor and control the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is highly preferred.
- Age: 21 – 28 years old.

- Experience: Entry‑level to 2 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in real‑estate or property marketing is a plus.
