Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and beverages with precision, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and adherence to dietary requests.
- Monitor tables throughout service, anticipate guest needs, and respond quickly to any additional requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and restocking service stations.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to coordinate smooth service flow during peak periods and special events.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, new service techniques, and hospitality trends.
- Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Must be 28 years old or younger.
- Professional appearance with a neat, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers are also welcomed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional holiday shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, allergen awareness, and proper beverage handling.
