Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area throughout the shift.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every guest, answering menu questions and offering suggestions.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate ordering needs to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including proper storage and handling of all ingredients.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, assisting with food preparation when needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new drink recipes, equipment updates, and service techniques.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements, promotional events, and ways to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum limit of 0 years listed (interpretation: no strict age restriction).

- Experience: Both experienced and non‑experienced candidates are welcome; prior barista experience is considered a plus.
- Professional appearance and a clean, presentable personal grooming standard.
