Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of manicure and pedicure services, including filing, shaping, polishing, and advanced nail art techniques.
- Apply and maintain eyelash extensions, ensuring precision, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct client consultations to understand desired outcomes, recommend suitable styles, and explain after‑care procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, adhering to health‑code regulations and salon hygiene protocols.
- Manage inventory of nail polishes, gels, extensions, and related supplies, reporting low stock to the manager.
- Collaborate with other salon professionals—hair stylists, beauticians, and reception staff—to deliver seamless, multi‑service experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and lash techniques, incorporating fresh ideas into client services.
- Uphold the salon’s brand image by presenting a polished appearance and delivering courteous, attentive service.
- Assist in training junior staff or apprentices, sharing best practices and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client demographic focus).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a salon setting, specifically in nail art and eyelash extension services.
- Proficiency in cutting, smoothing, and coloring hair is a plus, reflecting versatility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: honesty, discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
