Introduction

The Sales Retail Team – Regional Bali position is a dynamic, client‑facing role focused on expanding our merchant network across the island of Bali. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new retail partners, while ensuring a seamless experience from the first contact through to the ongoing relationship. This full‑time position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and operates within a collaborative, target‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach and build strong relationships with prospective merchants using a combination of cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach.
  • Execute the complete acquisition cycle, from prospect qualification and product pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including product, operations, and marketing—to guarantee a smooth onboarding process for new merchants.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow‑ups.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to troubleshoot operational issues, refine sales strategies, and align on regional growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and quarterly business reviews to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: up to 40 years old.
  • At least 1 – 3 years of proven experience in Account Executive, Sales, or Business Development roles, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills – able to build rapport, persuade stakeholders, and close agreements.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with high initiative; comfortable identifying opportunities and adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Result‑oriented mindset; willingness to work under performance‑based targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Analytical problem‑solving ability – capable of diagnosing issues and proposing effective solutions.
  • Basic proficiency with sales‑enablement tools and CRM applications; familiarity with data analysis is a plus.
