Introduction
We are seeking a talented Professional Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role you will be the visual storyteller behind our marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and digital presence. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑impact visual assets such as posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and social‑media graphics for both digital and print media.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency of color palettes, typography, and layout across all touchpoints.
- Prepare print‑ready files, manage file specifications, and coordinate with external vendors for production, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, delivering timely revisions while preserving creative integrity.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously raise the visual standard of our communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and balancing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support the creation of video content by providing motion graphics, animated overlays, and storyboard concepts when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication (DKV), or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or agency setting.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Strong grasp of color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and a well‑developed sense of design aesthetics.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of print and digital projects, with clear evidence of problem‑solving through design.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong time‑management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple assignments.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for urgent campaign launches.
