Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist senior chefs with ingredient preparation, portion control, and plating techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Operate kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, slicers) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in daily briefings, sharing insights on workflow improvements and potential menu enhancements.
- Support shift transitions by cleaning stations, labeling leftovers, and documenting any equipment issues.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of honesty, responsibility, and discipline in all tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of practical kitchen experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong personal integrity: honesty, reliability, and a disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to perform effectively under high‑pressure situations and tight service windows.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
