Responsibilities

  • Accurately process all guest payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets, while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy cashier station, ensuring all necessary supplies (receipts, change, promotional flyers) are stocked.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer basic menu questions, and direct them to appropriate staff members for detailed inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to a supervisor when needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery and smooth transaction flow.
  • Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing accurate reports for management review.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including securing cash drawers and performing routine safety checks.
  • Adapt quickly to new point‑of‑sale (POS) system updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts and help verify stock levels for cash‑related supplies.
  • Travel to and work at other branch locations as required, ensuring consistent service standards across the brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 19 years or older (no upper age limit).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a cash handling or front‑of‑house role within the foodservice industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: responsible, disciplined, honest, and communicative.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts from 10:00 AM to 8:45 PM.
  • Own reliable transportation for travel between branches.
  • Quick adaptability to new procedures, menu changes, and technology platforms.
  • Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
