Introduction
The Komisioner Digital Writing (DW) position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to launch or further their career in digital content creation and editorial management. This role is open to candidates with a minimum education of SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification, and we welcome fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals. The successful candidate will join a fast‑growing digital media team, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional shifts on weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and oversee digital articles, blog posts, and multimedia content that align with the company’s editorial guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and marketing specialists to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality content.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to various topics, audiences, and platforms.
- Assist in planning editorial calendars, brainstorming new content ideas, and conducting keyword research.
- Ensure all published material complies with copyright laws, SEO best practices, and internal quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior writers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contribute to strategic discussions, and support cross‑functional projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No strict age limitation; the role is open to candidates of all ages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Good attitude, disciplined, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and well‑groomed presentation.
- Experience in a similar digital writing or editorial role is preferred, but fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Additional skill: basic cooking knowledge (Keterampilan Memasak) is considered a nice‑to‑have bonus for internal events and team‑building activities.
