Responsibilities

- Provide first‑line technical support for SIM Klinik and SIMRS platforms, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure high availability of critical healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel to gather requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and shift work, responding promptly to emergencies and after‑hours incidents.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes in the IT service management (ITSM) tool for future reference and compliance.
- Assist in the rollout of software updates, security patches, and new functionality for the hospital’s information systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and create clear, user‑friendly documentation to improve technology adoption across the organization.
- Support backup and disaster‑recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and rapid restoration capabilities.
- Stay current with emerging healthcare IT trends, such as telemedicine platforms, electronic health record (EHR) enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite deployment and integration with hospital information systems.
- Experience or knowledge of SIM Klinik / SIMRS operational workflows is considered a valuable asset.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical staff.
