Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Mitra Penjualan to join our rapidly growing sales team. This pivotal role serves as the bridge between our company and its network of agents, ensuring that sales initiatives are executed efficiently, targets are met, and relationships with retail partners are nurtured. The ideal candidate is a proactive organizer with strong analytical abilities, a passion for field work, and the capacity to motivate a diverse group of agents.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of sales agents, ensuring adherence to schedules and performance standards.
  • Accompany agents on visits to various retail outlets, including warungs, mini‑stores, and larger shops, to support relationship building and troubleshoot on‑site issues.
  • Set realistic yet ambitious sales targets for each agent based on market potential and historical data.
  • Oversee accurate recording of sales transactions and compile comprehensive activity reports for senior management.
  • Implement company‑wide sales strategies, adapting them to local market conditions while maintaining alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to agents and managers.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to develop agents’ product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure product availability, promotional support, and timely invoicing.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date database of retail contacts, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
  • Report weekly and monthly on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume sold, market share, and agent productivity.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales coordination, field sales, or retail management.
  • Skills: Strong sales analysis, data interpretation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with agents and store owners.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
