Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency, taste, and visual appeal.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers, while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
  • Assist cashiers with order taking, payment processing, and accurate order fulfillment during peak periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, regularly sanitizing surfaces, tools, and storage areas to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store ingredients properly to minimize waste.
  • Support fellow team members by handling side‑work such as restocking supplies, disposing of waste, and performing routine equipment checks.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, addressing any concerns promptly and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on safety, sanitation, and customer service to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18–30 years.
  • Open to all genders; both male (cook/helper) and female (cashier/cook/helper) positions are available.
  • Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent service attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and on public holidays as required.
  • Prior experience in a similar kitchen or food‑service role is preferred.
  • Residency in or near Cilacap is highly desirable.
  • Basic competency in operating kitchen equipment and tools.
