Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer for the East Jakarta (Jakarta Timur) region to join our growing finance team. This role is pivotal in expanding our portfolio of motor vehicle financing and refinancing solutions, while building lasting relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine a solid educational foundation with at least one year of marketing or sales experience—preferably within the banking sector—and possess excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products across East Jakarta.
- Conduct market research to understand local demand, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in automotive finance.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in clear, customer‑focused language.
- Manage the end‑to‑end credit application process, including documentation collection, credit scoring, and risk analysis to determine borrower eligibility.
- Collaborate closely with dealership partners, ensuring seamless coordination of loan approvals, disbursements, and post‑sale support.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track pipeline metrics, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, legal, and collections teams to guarantee smooth loan processing.
- Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio, proactively addressing delinquency risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for new product enhancements or promotional campaigns.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) with a strong academic record.
- Age: not older than 30 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition; experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively both verbally and in writing, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to evaluate creditworthiness and interpret financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or loan origination systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivation, and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional visits to dealer locations.
