Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of fresh ingredients and bar supplies.
- Implement cost‑control measures, including waste reduction, portion control, and budgeting for food and beverage costs.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting routine inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Oversee menu development and beverage selection, collaborating with chefs and mixologists to innovate offerings that reflect market trends.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve service complaints, and ensure a memorable dining and bar experience.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and bar machinery are operated safely and maintained regularly.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 27 years old.
