Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the store, providing product information and resolving inquiries.
- Manage online customer interactions via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms, maintaining a professional tone and quick response times.
- Update and post product knowledge, promotional offers, and holiday greetings on social media channels to keep the audience engaged.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate count and condition documentation.
- Track outgoing shipments and sales, performing regular reconciliations of stock movements.
- Enter all inventory transactions into the store’s management system with attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain a printed and digital product catalog that showcases the latest textile collections.
- Conceptualize, design, and schedule daily social‑media content such as Instagram Stories and WhatsApp broadcasts to promote new arrivals and special offers.
- Collaborate with sales staff, warehouse personnel, and marketing team to support store operations as needed.
- Monitor stock levels, generate low‑stock alerts, and assist in ordering processes to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in retail administration, sales support, or related field.
- Proficient in administrative sales tasks and inventory management.
- Strong command of social‑media platforms for marketing and sales (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail‑oriented with solid numeracy skills for counting and recording stock.
- Creative mindset for content creation and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale systems.
