Introduction

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Staf Dapur – Persiapan Makanan dan Kebersihan to join our dynamic kitchen team. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule and provides an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills while contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and portion raw ingredients according to recipe specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, ovens, and fryers safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular sanitisation of surfaces, tools, and utensils.
  • Assist chefs and line cooks with mise en place, ingredient stocking, and timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Monitor food storage conditions, rotate stock using FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) principles, and report any spoilage.
  • Support waste‑reduction initiatives by properly labeling leftovers and adhering to portion‑control guidelines.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and internal sanitation policies.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected challenges, such as equipment failures or sudden order surges.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on kitchen hygiene, equipment handling, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, but experience is a plus).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment is preferred.
  • Key Skills: Ability to operate kitchen equipment, basic knife skills, and knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, honesty, responsibility, teamwork orientation, and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Physical Ability: Capacity to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work comfortably under pressure.
  • Availability: Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
