Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Dapur (Full‑time – Permanent) to join our dynamic kitchen team. This position is ideal for individuals who have completed at least a high school education and are eager to grow within the fast‑paced food & beverage (F&B) industry. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced chefs and fellow kitchen staff to deliver high‑quality dishes while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning, according to daily menu specifications.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Follow standardized recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels of perishable and non‑perishable items, report shortages, and assist with inventory counts.
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and waste disposal.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service periods by executing tasks quickly and accurately.
- Participate in daily cleaning schedules, ensuring workstations, utensils, and floors are kept spotless.
- Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house staff to coordinate order timing and special dietary requests.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, cost‑saving measures, and process improvements.
- Attend regular training sessions on hygiene, equipment handling, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
