Introduction
Kredivo, a leading “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) platform in Indonesia, is expanding its footprint in the Banyuwangi region. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Kredivo. In this role, you will act as the front‑line ambassador of Kredivo, helping merchants and end‑users understand and adopt our flexible payment solution. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can develop sales expertise, deepen product knowledge, and build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing users, actively listening to their needs and recommending Kredivo as a convenient payment option.
- Continuously enhance personal product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, promotions, and compliance requirements, then convey this information in an engaging and easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations and presentations of the Kredivo app for merchants, retailers, and individual consumers, highlighting benefits such as instant credit approval and flexible repayment terms.
- Provide prompt follow‑up on user inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide customers through the onboarding and usage process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Achieve daily sales targets, track key performance indicators, and submit detailed activity reports to the regional manager.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with merchants, local business owners, and other stakeholders to foster brand loyalty and expand market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to share field insights, suggest improvements, and participate in local promotional events.
- Utilize Android smartphones and digital tools for data entry, client communication, and real‑time reporting.
Requirements
- Residency in Banyuwangi or surrounding areas with a reliable means of transportation.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial concepts in simple language.
- Basic familiarity with Android mobile devices and digital applications.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed (additional doses preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, such as market and competitor analysis, to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets under minimal supervision.
