We are a rapidly expanding Mom & Baby Spa dedicated to providing premium, culturally‑sensitive wellness services for mothers and their newborns in the Greater Jakarta area. Our mission is to combine professional midwifery expertise with soothing spa treatments that promote post‑natal recovery, infant health, and family bonding. We are currently seeking a skilled Bidan Terampil (Midwife) who is a Muslim woman wearing the hijab, and who resides in one of our service zones – Tangerang (Cipondoh), Bekasi, or Depok. Responsibilities
- Perform specialized spa treatments for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and infants, including prenatal massage, post‑natal massage, and baby therapeutic massage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with national health regulations and clinic SOPs.
- Document each session accurately, record client feedback, and assist the marketing team in creating engaging visual and written content for social media platforms.
- Provide personalized health education on post‑natal care, infant positioning, breastfeeding support, and safe infant handling.
- Schedule appointments, manage client flow, and ensure punctuality for each treatment, demonstrating strong time‑management discipline.
- Coordinate with the logistics coordinator to arrange transportation of equipment and supplies using a personal motorcycle and navigation tools such as Google Maps.
- Uphold the reputation of the spa by delivering courteous, respectful, and culturally appropriate service at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and peer‑review meetings to stay current with the latest midwifery and spa techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Midwifery or a related health field.
- Certification in Mom & Baby Spa treatment is highly preferred.
- Must be a Muslim woman who observes the hijab.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license and ability to operate a motorcycle safely.
- Proficient in using GPS applications (e.g., Google Maps) to navigate to client locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with mothers and families.
- Excellent discipline in time management and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of infant and maternal massage techniques, including Pijat Kehamilan, Pijat Bayi, and Pijat Kesehatan Anak.
- Ability to create simple documentation and assist in content creation for promotional purposes.
