Responsibilities
- Opening, running, and closing sessions: Start each broadcast with an energetic introduction, maintain a lively atmosphere throughout, and wrap up with memorable sign‑offs.
- Performing trending dances: Execute popular dance routines—especially those that are viral—to keep the content fresh and appealing.
- Active audience interaction: Respond to comments, answer questions, and take on challenges submitted by viewers in real time.
- Content planning and creation: Brainstorm, script, and prepare engaging segments that prevent audience fatigue and encourage repeat viewership.
- Audience growth: Implement strategies to increase follower count, boost engagement metrics, and foster a loyal community.
- Technical preparation: Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and any additional equipment, ensuring a smooth and professional broadcast.
- Collaboration with the production team: Work closely with producers, editors, and graphic designers to align visual elements with the live narrative.
- Feedback and improvement: Review performance analytics after each stream and incorporate feedback to continually refine on‑air presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, engaging diction.
