Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Penjualan to join our growing automotive financing team. In this role you will be the front‑line ambassador for our motor vehicle loan products and refinancing solutions, driving sales while ensuring that each customer receives a transparent, responsible, and tailored financing experience. The position is based in a modern office environment with a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00) and offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with both private borrowers and corporate partners across the region.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns for motor vehicle financing and refinancing facilities, leveraging digital tools, print media, and on‑the‑ground events.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with dealerships, fleet operators, brokers, and other key stakeholders to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Guide prospective borrowers through the credit application process, gathering required documentation, inputting data into the loan management system, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and feasibility assessments, evaluating repayment capacity, collateral value, and risk factors to recommend approved or declined applications.
- Maintain a high level of portfolio quality by monitoring overdue accounts, coordinating with the collections team, and proactively offering restructuring options when appropriate.
- Prepare regular performance reports, track key sales metrics, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could impact product pricing or eligibility criteria.
- Participate in training sessions, product workshops, and community outreach events to enhance product knowledge and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: 21‑35 years old; all genders are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within automotive financing, banking, or consumer credit.
- Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of credit assessment and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with customers and partners.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, digital advertising platforms, Excel, and presentation software).
- High level of integrity, customer‑centric mindset, and a results‑driven attitude.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
