Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery, and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Serve dishes and drinks, checking for correct presentation and guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring table settings.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Respond swiftly to guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and escalate matters to management when necessary.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to communicate special events, menu changes, and operational updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 17‑35 years.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though motivated newcomers with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged.
  • Excellent communication abilities; fluency in Indonesian and basic English are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven capacity to perform under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as required.
