Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Kepala Shift to lead our daily warehouse and courier coordination efforts. This role is pivotal in ensuring that parcels move efficiently from pick‑up to delivery, supporting both our corporate clients and end‑consumers. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for courier pick‑up and delivery operations, ensuring optimal route planning and resource allocation.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipment process, from goods receipt to final dispatch, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Define and adjust delivery zones based on traffic patterns, customer density, and service level agreements.
- Monitor inbound and outbound goods flow, coordinating closely with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and internal couriers.
- Oversee sorting activities, ensuring items are correctly categorized, labeled, and staged for efficient distribution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of shift staff, providing coaching on best practices in safety, handling, and customer service.
- Generate operational reports on key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery rate, order accuracy, and warehouse throughput.
- Collaborate with the supply‑chain planning team to anticipate volume spikes and adjust staffing or equipment needs accordingly.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health‑and‑safety standards throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is highly regarded.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of warehousing processes, parcel handling, and last‑mile delivery operations.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with couriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑coordination abilities, with a focus on motivating staff and resolving conflicts.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to meet operational demands.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Kab. Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and logistics software for scheduling and reporting.
