Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Kepala Toko / Asisten Kepala Toko to lead and support the daily operations of our flagship outlet. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our store not only meets but exceeds the high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality that our customers expect from Donat Bahagia. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all store operations are performed in strict accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high‑quality customer service, store appearance, facility upkeep, sanitation, and overall hygiene to reinforce a positive brand image.
- Oversee the order flow from receipt to delivery, guaranteeing that every product is prepared and presented to the established standards.
- Foster a productive and collaborative work environment across all sections, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Control cash register and financial reports, supervise the receipt and handling of raw material inventories.
- Develop monthly work schedules, monitor attendance, and produce accurate absensi reports.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and control measures for each department to sustain operational excellence.
- Perform periodic equipment inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance programs for tools and machinery.
- Verify that all donut and related products are prepared according to portion size, weight, and presentation guidelines.
- Implement and monitor management programs, conducting field checks and re‑checks to ensure compliance.
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable reports to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4, preferably in Management or Hospitality Management.
- Maximum age: 40 years (no strict upper limit, but preference for energetic candidates).
- At least 2 years of experience in a Head Store or Assistant Manager role within the retail or food‑service industry.
- Strong multi‑tasking capabilities with a quick learning curve.
- Excellent adaptability and the ability to work effectively within a team and under the specific Donat Bahagia kitchen system.
- Proven skills in:
