Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) professional to join our corporate finance team within a leading hospital environment. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Management teams, contributing to a culture of transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards).
  • Manage the full cycle of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 ayat 2, and PPN on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Conduct tax and financial reconciliations to ensure data integrity between the general ledger and tax reports.
  • Maintain asset registers, perform inventory tracking, and calculate depreciation schedules for fixed assets.
  • Utilize ERP/ accounting software to record transactions, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems for financial and tax documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for audits.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement department to verify vendor invoices, monitor cash flow, and support budgeting processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit materials, responding to auditor inquiries promptly.
  • Provide analytical support for management by interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and recommending cost‑saving measures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to accounting policies, tax procedures, and reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Financial Management. Possession of Brevet Pajak A & B certifications is a strong plus.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting, finance, or tax functions. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Solid understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 ayat 2, PPN).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
    • Familiarity with ERP or dedicated accounting software for transaction posting and reporting.
    • Ability to perform tax‑financial reconciliations and generate accurate tax returns.
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of preparing comprehensive financial statements, monthly/annual tax reports, and maintaining systematic document archives.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Highly meticulous and detail‑oriented with strong data‑handling accuracy.
    • Analytical mindset with effective problem‑solving abilities.
    • Excellent time management; able to meet strict deadlines.
    • High integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
    • Team player who can also work independently when required.
    • Strong communication skills for interfacing with Finance, Procurement, and Management teams.
  • Additional Requirements: Maximum age of 25 years, willingness to work on‑site within a hospital environment, and openness to flexible working hours as dictated by operational needs.
