The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily copy‑and‑print transactions, supporting basic graphic‑design tasks, and ensuring that the store operates smoothly during the assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate photocopy machines, printers, and scanners to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate printing options, paper sizes, and finishing services such as binding or laminating.
- Manage cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain an up‑to‑date sales log.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, report any malfunctions, and coordinate with service technicians when needed.
- Create simple promotional content using CapCut and Canva for in‑store displays, social media posts, and seasonal offers.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare daily reports, inventory sheets, and staff schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that paper trays, toner cartridges, and supplies are stocked at all times.
- Observe the five daily prayers on schedule, demonstrating respect for the cultural environment of the workplace.
- Provide courteous, patient, and professional service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor complaints.
- Participate in shift handovers, clearly communicating any outstanding tasks or equipment issues to the next team member.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including shift swaps or overtime during peak periods such as exam weeks or promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 23 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of graphic‑design tools such as CapCut and Canva (a strong plus).
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate, detail‑oriented work with honesty and responsibility.
- Residence preferably within walking distance of the store to ensure punctuality.
- Availability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with a morning shift from 06:45 – 14:45.
- Not currently enrolled in a university program; full‑time availability is required.
- Willingness to adjust shifts when business needs dictate (e.g., special events or high‑volume periods).
