Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Front Office untuk Layanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing service team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression, managing daily front‑office operations, and supporting the broader customer‑service strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and callers with a friendly, courteous demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage the front‑office schedule, including appointment booking, meeting room coordination, and daily calendar updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, support, and operations teams to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparation of daily reports.
  • Respond to customer emails and messages promptly, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Monitor and replenish front‑office supplies, ensuring a tidy and professional environment.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and special customer‑service initiatives.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff while keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome; the role values diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Honest, reliable, and consistently friendly attitude toward customers and colleagues.
  • Preferably single (as per current company policy) but this will not affect the hiring decision if the candidate meets all other criteria.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
