Introduction
We are seeking energetic and charismatic individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Staf Promosi Penjualan. This role is open to both men and women who have a passion for fashion, especially footwear, and who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. As a front‑line brand ambassador, you will represent our products in retail locations, pop‑up events, and promotional activities, helping to increase market visibility and drive sales growth. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and interactive presentations of footwear collections at stores, malls, and special events.
- Engage customers with persuasive communication, answer product‑related questions, and provide personalized styling advice.
- Maintain a well‑groomed, attractive appearance that aligns with the brand’s image and enhances customer trust.
- Identify sales opportunities, upsell complementary items, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence, then relay insights to the sales manager for product and marketing refinements.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including foot traffic, conversion rates, and inventory observations.
- Coordinate logistics for promotional events, ensuring all promotional materials, samples, and displays are set up correctly and on time.
- Maintain personal transportation for timely arrival at assigned locations and for transporting product samples.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and limited‑edition releases.
- Uphold company policies, demonstrate honesty, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Presentable and attractive personal appearance.
- Strong interest in fashion, particularly in the footwear segment.
- Highly responsible, honest, detail‑oriented, and hardworking.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical ability to interpret sales data and customer trends.
- Own a reliable vehicle for commuting to various promotional sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by event schedules.
